Front-end preview

The two customer-facing front ends, running with sample data (no backend needed).

These are the real apps in ?demo=1 mode. Their live end-to-end paths (kiosk enrollment, the gate's email check) need the Worker running (npm run dev). Without ?demo=1, the kiosk shows its real enrollment screen.
